How BLUE is your Team?

In my previous post we explore about: How BLUE are you as a Leader?

We learned a little bit more about the BLUE color and explored how we can create BLUE spaces at work.

So let’s remember…

The BLUE color is related to loyalty, integrity, calm, trust, inner security and confidence to the task at hand, as well as, the capability of envision the future, our intuition and our imagination.

So What is a BLUE Team?

A BLUE team is a subgroup of members, as a leader or as a member you might want to be in a group with multiple colors, and have some BLUE members in there.

Those BLUE sparks are the ones who:

• Bring calm by being calm in the most challenging situations

• Have inner security and confidence in what they do

• Are loyal to everyone in the group, no matter the title or responsibility

• Are very intuitive and imaginative beings

• Use imagination to create new products and services
  

An BLUE Team sparks calm, confidence and trust among the group as they bring a lot of intuition and imagination too, all of which you want in a multicolored team.
