Creativity as a Mindfulness tool

Connecting with our creative self is as effective as meditation is to bring calm to the mind.


You don't need to be an artist to be creative, this capability is already in our right side of the brain. The workshop will invite you to connect with it, and use it as a mindfulness tool.


Creativity as a Mindfulness tool is one of the offerings under Creating Powerful Spaces for your Employees' Well-being @YellowSeeds.


The purpose of this online workshop is to create an space for your employees to learn different creative tools to help them on bringing calm to their mind.


When we are drawing, painting mandalas, writing our thoughts as they come on a paper, creating a collage about a metaphor related to a situation, we are invited to stay in the present moment. For those who feel anxious about meditation, these creative tool can help on doing something while staying presence.


During the workshop the participants will explore different creative tools and choose the one if suits them the best to apply on daily basis. It will leave some home work to practice. To build a habit it takes at least 21 days.


Group or individual coaching cohorts can follow up after it, for those who feels that is the time to develop the habit of staying presence through creativity.
